  4. Include the completed return form and your RMA number inside the package.
  5. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.

Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely.
